When purchasing our custom colour units, if you decide you are not happy with your order you can send back for a refund or exchange within 3 days from the date received. We can only accept a refund or exchange as long as your order is in the same condition as received and the lace is not cut. Refunds can take 2-3 days to process, please confirm by email if you require a refund or exchange.
All of our lace wigs have customised hairlines with bleached knots and baby hairs around the perimeter to give a very natural and realistic look, allowing you to style your hair in a range of hairstyles.
