When purchasing our custom colour units, if you decide you are not happy with your order you can send back for a refund or exchange within 3 days from the date received. We can only accept a refund or exchange as long as your order is in the same condition as received and the lace is not cut. All of our lace wigs have customised hairlines with bleached knots and baby hairs around the perimeter to give a very natural and realistic look, allowing you to style your hair in a range of hairstyles.
